  First off, I write these reviews when someone does me wrong and when someone does me right. This time it’s the later. My hopes are for Corporate to not just notice the extraordinary employee I’m about speaking of and give symbolic accolades to, but to look into the file and consider giving a financial benefit. I went last night to D&B (Pelham Manor) to watch game 1 of the NBA PLAYOFFS of the New York Knicks vs. the Atlanta Hawks on the big screens. At first I was disappointed that D&B did not have even one TV that had the game on, which is unacceptable for a sports theme restaurant. I asked for a manager and a few minutes later a smiling Kiara asked if she can help. I explained to her that myself and all the people in the restaurant wearing Knicks apparel were hoping to see the game and if she can help to accommodate us, which she did. I am very grateful to D&B for troubleshooting the situation fast and efficiently. Also, I cannot give enough kind words and accolades for whomever was responsible for sending Kiara. She had a lot on her hands at the time juggling a full restaurant, private parties in the back, pool room, and a testy crowd of people that wanted to watch Wrestlemania and she somehow managed to take control of half of the TVs that had Wreslemania on and put on the Knicks game while keeping that crowd calm during the transition. To the H,R department, please look into the comments of other patrons and you’ll notice a pattern of responses just like mine. She is a valuable asset to you and represents your company exceptionally. As we all know… gas prices , rent, food costs, and public transportation are rising through the roof while the employee is making the same money before the storm and is forced to tighten their belt and make it to work with a smile. Now is as good a time as any to call Kiara in your office and renegotiate her salary and or position to something more appropriate.

  Nice Dave and busters location In Pelham Manor. Large parking lot. Nice large restaurant part with plenty of bar seating. Great video game area with tons of new games and all were operable which was nice. We had one issue with a game and we were able to get someone right over who rectified the situation immediately. The food is always good and they are always running. Some type of food and drink and play specials. The only drawback at times is a ton of kids which can ruin anything. Just use your head before you go. If it's the weekend it's going to be busy. If it's a weekday you should be good to go.

  This review is regarding how an issue I had during my time at this location was handled when I spoke to a manager the following day. The senior manager GiGi (Geraldine) listened, validated my concerns, didn't make excuses, explained everything clearly, and offered a tangible gesture for my next visit. I don't need to go into detail about why I called but I do feel compelled to comment on how well it was handled. Other companies would do well to follow the example of the management at Dave and Buster's Pelham Manor in executing superlative customer service. I hope that someone in corporate sees this and uplifts Geraldine for how she handled a sensitive matter.

  Would start by saying this was the worst Dave and Buster’s experience I’ve ever had. For starters the service I experienced was very off putting. The food we ordered was not enjoyable and this location didn’t seem too cleanly either. One of the seats at my table had gum on them (top of the seat) the bathrooms looked terrible and so did our silverware. Many of the games also do not work. Very disappointing. I usually don’t write reviews but this was terrible

  If you’re planning an event here, proceed with extreme caution. We signed a contract for a fixed price that included a “suggested 20% gratuity.” Instead, the restaurant added a mandatory 20% “service charge” to the bill and still presented a separate suggested gratuity—effectively pushing us into paying 40% in tips. This was never disclosed upfront and directly contradicts the signed agreement. Mandatory service charges must be clearly stated in advance—this was not. We have initiated a chargeback and filed a formal complaint with the Westchester Department of Consumer Protection. Again, *be very careful* because what you agree to on paper may not be what you’re actually charged. Check your receipts!
