Gave me fully refund and extra credits. Originally I had to go back into the store to get my refund but Mark called me and I didn’t even need to go in, he said he did it all from the store! Thank you so much Mark!

When I went to pay, the employee, Tricia, informed me she would be busy making an arrangement for another customer who wasn’t even waiting — she was elsewhere in the store shopping. Tricia told me to check out at the main registers instead, speaking in a rude and dismissive manner. After making me wait unnecessarily for about ten minutes, she finally decided to ring me up, which took barely ten seconds. Very poor customer service — this employee should receive proper training on professionalism and customer courtesy.
