  I can attest that it’s the best pizza in Rockland. Couple places are decent in Rockland but most of the pizza in the county is mediocre at best. Pan & Peel blew me away. A little more mozzarella would be nice but not a deal breaker. I just buy a pound of Polly-O and make it into a SUNY Oneonta Cold Cheese Pizza masterpiece 🍕 Staff is extremely polite and professional on the phone and in person. A refreshing change from a certain place in Nanuet.

  New go-to take out! The online ordering made it so easy to schedule ahead. The staff was so nice and helpful and everything we ordered was delicious! Great addition to town!!

  Where do I even begin? From the moment we walked in, Pan & Peel Pizzeria delivered an experience that went far beyond just a great meal — and trust me, the meal alone would have been enough to earn five stars. Let’s talk about the pizza itself. The crust was everything a pizza lover hopes for — fresh, beautifully blistered, and loaded with those gorgeous air pockets that tell you immediately you’re working with a well-fermented, properly proofed dough. This isn’t a shortcut operation. Someone here clearly respects the craft and understands that great pizza starts long before it hits the oven. The sauce was bright and fresh, the cheese was high quality and melted to perfection, and the herbs — the herbs! — were fresh, vibrant, and handled with care. Not a bruised leaf in sight. Every component spoke to intentionality and pride in the product. The overall eating experience was genuinely top tier. But what elevated this visit above and beyond was the owner himself. His humble, warm, and appreciative presence was something you just don’t encounter often enough. When I mentioned the recent buzz — the features on Pizzaholics and the attention from local food critics — his smile said everything. It wasn’t arrogance. It was the quiet pride of someone who has put in the work, believed in their vision, and is watching it resonate with people. That kind of authenticity is rare and it matters. And the setting? Being housed inside a fantastic brewery is the cherry on top. Great beer, great pizza, great people — it’s a combination that’s hard to beat. We will absolutely be back.   This place is a Hidden gem in Pearl River.ordered online and we got the margarita pie along with the mozzarella sticks it paired well and was a great choice. Great pizza good pricing look out for their specials which are a great deal.

  The definition of a hole in the wall, with spectacular pizza. Who needs to go to Manhattan or Brooklyn for great pizza. Super crispy dough, perfect tomato sauce. IDK what type of oven they are using but its state of the art technology all I can say. Its not easy to nail a good pie and these guys absolutely bring the flavor. You guys got my business, "Russo's" went down hill after the new ownership take over. Hope you run them out of town. Ciao
