My nephew picked out a Pamelo fruit , when we got up to frank he told us that the fruit wasn’t in the computer put it to the side. When he finished scanning the rest of our groceries he picked it up and told us he couldn’t find it in the computer. There was a long silence and then he asked us to go back and get one with a tag on it (which should be done by a customer service rep behind the service desk or one of the other cashiers who were just standing at the register with no customers. ) finally he asked for some help from a service leader after some minutes. When it was scanned in, he asked us if we needed bags for our 20 items. We said yes and then he proceeded to throw our items Into the bag. When he was done he went back behind the register and handed the receipt with no words said .
