- DSDennis SotoSep 13, 20251.0I went there today September 13, 2025 at 3:45 through the drive thru and order a double scoop chocolate extra almonds in a cup, a double scoop vanilla in a cone and a double scoop chocolate in a cone with almond and the guy in the window brought me the first one right, the second one with almonds and the third one in a cup when is supposed to be in a cone too and I told him that is in a cone and he didn’t like it and what he did? He brought me a cone for me to put the ice cream inside the cone in my car, next time I’m going inside the store to see if he’s going to have the same attitude, stop hiring clowns like that.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
