One of our services is deliveries from Acme supermarkets, so I've been to all the Acme stores in the area, and I really must mention that the Patterson Acme is definitely one of their best stores. It is very large, and well stocked, with good parking. The thing that really stands out about the Patterson Acme store, (other than the fact that it has the best Hot Wheels section out of the stores), is the staff. All of the staff is helpful, but 2 members that I have interacted with stand out: 1) One time I had a shopping order that included many obscure items that I was having great difficulty finding. Thankfully an extremely helpful young woman named Carla was there to save my day. Every time I needed to find something, she was there, even that one time where I walked up to her to ask her where a particular type of yogurt was, and she was standing right in front of it. I guess I found it myself, but it was very helpful that she was standing where she was and was not 6 1/2 feet tall. 2) I usually use the self service registers, because I am in a rush to get on with my other deliveries, but even though I am not actually using a cashier, Dakota (and sometimes Carla), who is in charge of monitoring the self-service registers amongst other things, is always very pleasant and helpful, whether it's just providing bags when I need them to assistance when I make a mistake at the register. Shopping for other people at supermarkets can be stressful but thankfully the staff of this store, particularly these two individuals, make it far less stressful than it could be. Whether you live in the area, or just passing through like I am, the Patterson Acme supermarket is a great place to go shopping.
