I then called the location where I spoke to a lady who said her name “burtu” who gave me an attitude then advised she will send it out in 30-40 mins “free of charge”, mind you I have already paid in full online for my order so it wouldnt be free of charge as I reminded her. I then let her know I was coming down to retrieve it because I didnt want to wait 30-40mins to eat so she hung up on me and when I arrived at the location there was no one by the name of “burtu” but what was strange is everyone had a name tag on their head but one lady who did not make any eye contact with me as I entered the location. I am not very happy with my services at the dominos patchogue location and would not likely order again.
