Another customer had to call out before anyone came over, and she made a different employee help us and went right back to her phone. She never got up, she never greeted us, she just saw with her butt and shoes on a surface that food may go on. When I called later in the evening to ask for a refund on a marinara sauce that never made it into my order, I told the guy on the phone about it and said it likely violated multiple health codes. He goes “oh yeah, that’s a regular occurrence.” Honestly really gross. The food tasted pretty good, but the female employee really threw me for a loop. Won’t be ordering from here ever again. I don’t trust what goes on in their food prep if this is what they do in front of your face.
