For a $10 - $15 bowl the amount of food that you are served is what you give to a toddler especially when one young Spanish girl that normally work in the evening is the one serving the food. She is rude and her customer service is zero. She really need to be retrained. The food is no doubt good and I have referred more than eight members of my family and friends to this location unfortunately they all have the same complaint. Hope the management of this location take note of this and make corrections as soon as possible. Even though we live in Patchogue we are now seriously considering patronizing the location in Shirley.

And the first time I ordered a Chicken Bowl and I got a big black hair in between the food, and it was not my hair since my hair is not black, besides that my order was ready when I arrived and asked for it and while I was waiting for the employees to give me they just sent me to the window and they calmly there. Standing talking to each other, I would have understood that they would make me wait if they were busy, but this is relaxed, my second time I bought a burrito and the same thing I had another hair and also that burrito was salty and acidic. I feel that it is already a problem and not a mistake, the supervisors should solve the problem since their employees seem to be untrained.
