  I went in there and asked for a number 2, which is 10 chicken wings and order of wedge potatoes fries.When I got home, there was only 5 chicken wings cut in half.I guess that's ten wings, 5 cut in half.\n The wings were dry and cold. The wedge potatoes were like 6 or 7 of them code had to reheat them in the microwave. I spent twenty dollars and sixty eight cents for 5 dry.\n Chicken wings.\n And 6 wedge fries my receipt number was #20076 and if you're from The Bronx part Chester struggling, please do not buy from this place.I'd rather get my chicken wings from the Chinese restaurant down the block.I would've got ten 4 twelve dollars plus\n I almost waited 20 minutes and the place was packed with frustrating customers like somebody's ready to fight.\n The team. Bunch of kids that always ruin the business.You need to have an adult running the place first and last 😫

  I had a pick up order, stood in line for 20 minutes just waiting to be acknowledged all while the young girls working there were having a very inappropriate conversation. No one came to the counter to take orders, line grew and they were just chatting like everyone was on an extended break and were disturbing them. My food had been ready the entire time, just sitting on the counter getting cold. By the way this was my first (and last) time in the establishment. Food was cold, I had to reheat EVERYTHING! Get older employees, those children shouldn’t be running the place SMH.

  For this to be a new fast food restaurant. Wow food is horrible. Salty fries, salty wings salty mozzarella sticks. The fries barely reach top of the box it came in. The boneless (salty) chicken looked cooked over..The wingettes didn't have buffalo sauce flavor taste, all I tasted .. that s right you guessed it( salt). I can go on ... I spent $ 52.00 at this place. Won't go back to this place.

  We waited almost 40 minutes for an order of 6 wings. When the food finally came out, everything was cold the wings, the chicken wrap, and the burger. To make matters worse, the burger wasn’t even our order. We were given someone else’s burger that was prepared much earlier. As shown in the pictures, we ordered at 10:15 PM, but the burger we received was from 9:51 PM, which makes it seem like we were given a burger that had just been sitting there. We didn’t mind the wait, but waiting that long only to receive cold food is unacceptable. The wings were cold and dry, which was really disappointing. We didn’t leave until almost 11 PM, and the experience was frustrating overall.

  I went on the night they opened and the wait time was long. They didn’t have any beverages yet but said they would soon. Also, I know it’s a new store but I can tell the team in the back needs some better communication and flow. The cashier with the braids and tattoos was very personable so they should keep him in the front so they don’t get a bad name before they even really take off. I watched a guy ask for his food fresh and not cold and they were lowkey giving attitude in the back so again, please don’t let the team be the downfall of this new spot. I know this BWWGO has so much potential. It just needs some fine tuning and bringing down the ridiculous wait time. Also, the portion of the fries was a little skimpy. Add more fries to the orders please. The garlic parm wings were delicious though! I want to try more of the menu and flavors they have to offer. Go BWWGO! 💛
