  If one could leave negative stars I would Ended up waiting 45 min in the drive thru for on order that wasn’t even correct then refusal to refund I can understand why people throw drinks back at the overpaid underworked poor excuse of a staff at this sad location of a franchise You ruined it for me Never a McDonald’s again for me or my family ever I hope y’all close & lose your pathetic jobs!

  Fries were cold, not fresh, and odd tasting including the half full carton that came with a toddler's meal. Also no meal combo option for big macs anymore?

  Ordered two meals, get to the window and always they never put the drinks in a tray.Im driving.Can’t hold them.Then gives drinks with tray after I had to ask for it( no customer service,sir would you like a tray?) Then comes back after a minute and says waiting on fries and if you could pull around to double doors.I did.Waited 12 minutes for French fries?BS Same girl who never asked if I needed a tray I asked her 12 minutes for French fries? There is no body ordering food at the drive through.aI can see it where they told me too park. Lies.Pulled out and there were two cars waiting to pick food up at the drive through. 12 minutes for French fries so that meant the burgers were not fresh. If I ran my business like this I would be out of business. This is not the only time I have experienced this horrific service. A as
