They gave the car ahead of me my coffee and they handed it back and then I pulled up to the window and they hand me the coffee laughing about it.. I didn't even dare to drink it i threw it away 😤

I love Dunkin, will always love Dunkin but man they have been cheating me out of cream cheese on my bagel, it’s got like nothing on it. I also order hot chocolate cuz it’s so good, but recently for a few months is like drinking pure water, it sucks. And it’s a waist of my money. Dunkin please fix your hot chocolate it’s more like hot water. It’s nasty recently.

I always order via dunkin app. The same thing, today I received cold coffee and the server said it was fresh and wouldn't listen to me. I then tossed it in the trash( I missed a little) she told me not to return because I was disrespectful. Now I'm trying to get through to customer service. She was so rude to me.

Order was wrong, no receipt, tried calling the store repetitively no answer of course. Went in the store and said something a day later. The manager gave big attitude towards me and said "ill do it this time but next time come back in that day or call the store, am have proof you actually did try to call" an turned her back on me. Of course i said "i did" and attempted to show her my phone. She didn't even want to see it wouldn't even take a glance. She didn't even look in my direction and handed me my coffee and walked away. Id understand if this was something that i did regularly or if i had an huge order or extremely busy. But it was 2 coffes! Black, sugar, cream not a huge deal. I can put the cream an sugar in if it's that big of a problem. Sadly this isn't the 1st time the staff has bad attitudes. Another time i asked for a bunch of sugar packets at the window an the manger handed me 2. I asked for more and she have me 2 more. I asked for more an the manager said " that's all I'm allowed to give you" since when is there a limit on sugar packets??? LMFAO 🤣😂🤣
