The manager, Kelly, told me she she couldn't understand how to make it and asked me to pull around. I pulled around and explained to Kelly two times how to make it, she stared at me blankly and said she has never heard of an upside down banana split and REFUSED to make it. I told her my sister went through the drive through last evening and ordered 3. Again, Kelly the manager looked at me blankly and said "well how do I put the bananas in there?" Again I explained how to make it, she REFUSED to make it. For the record, I went there last night to get one after seeing the ones my sister had, they were out of bananas. This store is OBVIOUSLY not well managed. RUDE, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Don't eat at this place.

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
