  Im not one to write bad reviews but this time its warranted. Ordered vanilla iced latte with vanilla shot and stevia and first time got the vanilla swirl. I am diabetic so its important to get my order correct. Brought it in, they did make a new one and I heard the one girl say "don't worry, its no big deal". Seriously? No big deal? The second one was made with the sugar free vanilla syrup and stevia....so sweet I couldn't drink it so decided to go to the Dunkin in Corning. Those girls got it right. Do your job people and pay attention. It most certainly is a big deal to give a diabetic a drink loaded with sugar!!!

  Just about ever time I order from this Dunkin something or multiple are always wrong. I always get a drink and a food option or multiple. 9 out of 10 times I get a bagel with cream cheese I end up with a cold hard bagel. If I get a drink and ask for no milk or cream what so ever, there’s always milk or cream added. If I order a coffee with Carmel I get a coffee with vanilla or just plain coffee no flavor. Just listen to your customers requests when they are coming in and paying you. Today I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese. I got an everything bagel with butter.

  They gave the car ahead of me my coffee and they handed it back and then I pulled up to the window and they hand me the coffee laughing about it.. I didn't even dare to drink it i threw it away 😤

  I love Dunkin, will always love Dunkin but man they have been cheating me out of cream cheese on my bagel, it’s got like nothing on it. I also order hot chocolate cuz it’s so good, but recently for a few months is like drinking pure water, it sucks. And it’s a waist of my money. Dunkin please fix your hot chocolate it’s more like hot water. It’s nasty recently.
