I had an issue with the Dunkin app charging me six times for the same order, and I calmly tried to explain the situation to the staff. Instead of listening, they immediately dismissed me and told me to “just call customer service” or “talk to the manager.” When I asked for the manager, she refused to even come speak to me and had someone else tell me, again, to call customer service. No apology, no attempt to understand, nothing. And this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. To make things worse, another customer kindly offered to pay for my drink along with his own. He gave the cashier $40 and told them the remaining amount was for me. The workers kept the extra money as a tip and refused to give it to me. It was disrespect on top of disrespect. Overall, the customer service was horrible.
