I just when to that store order a coffee i order a coffee 5 cream 5 sugar i was talking on the phone with my friend and i was telling him and how the coffee cost $3.68 and they didn’t stir the coffee and cofee taste simple like has no sugar so i grand sugar ans straw and i did it my self and the woman at the store say if you don’t like the coffee go make it at home stop disrespecting me? How this is not the only dunkin donuts who don’t that and i told her imnot talking to you im home the phone she says i don’t care they didn’t give you anything last night this shorth venezuelan woman curse me cursemy mom and i was not talking to her this is way out off line i need to speak to whoever is in charge or i will make at formal complaint to corporate my self because i did not say excuse me next time do your job right cuz you didn’t stir the coffee no a single word for her cuz. I was just expressing what is going on

I visited the Dunkin’ Donuts in Oyster Bay on often and leave feeling frustrated with the service. Several staff members appeared to have limited English, which made taking my order slow and confusing. One employee in the back was repeatedly called to the front to interpret, further delaying the process. While I was waiting for my coffee, the back staff member came to the front to serve me because the counter staffer was busy on TikTok. I also observed staff using their phones instead of engaging with customers, which felt unprofessional and inattentive.
This Dunkin’ Donuts is one I visit frequently because it’s on my way to work, and it’s the only one in my area. That makes these issues especially disappointing. The result was a long wait and a frustrating customer experience. I’d like to see improvements in in-store communication, more attentive service, and some basic customer-service training so that orders are clear and efficiently fulfilled.
I’d appreciate management to take the proper steps to address these issues.

this is the worst dunkin ive ever been too. consistently for years it is staffed by rude employees who don’t speak english and they are consistently out of basic items

this is the third time in a row I’ve been to this location and they haven’t had donuts. Any. None. Zero. I asked for a credit and they said they couldn’t because the manager wasn’t there.

Worst Dunkin I've ever been to. 4 weeks in a row, random time of day and they have 2 flavors of donuts available, and I had to wait for them to brew coffee to get a coffee.
Employee walks over and stares at you without saying a word. Makes coffee out of order.. sugar, coffee than milk. Not sugar, milk, coffee. That is how you get un-dissolved sugar.
Waste of time.
