This Toco Bell is not on their game whatsoever! Ordered two softshell tacos, one cheesy wrap steak Chalupa and a large nacho fry. While ordering, I asked for the nacho fries to be out of the fryer. When they handed me the bag, I was focused on the fries because they were extremely cold not t warm at all. I explained to the employee that I ordered it from the fryer. He was nice. Replaced the nacho fry with another. It was warm, but had hardly any of the nacho seasoning on it. We didn’t complain. We were on our way to a very important appointment so we didn’t have time to check the bag for everything we ordered we get down the road and what do you know the steak Chalupa was missing. They did not put it in our bag! Had to go back to Toco Bell for the steak Chalupa and the shell on it was so hard it was EXTREMELY difficult to eat! They seem like nice ppl but they really need to focus!

After (3) visits I can confidently say my family and I will not be returning. First visit was shortly after the grand opening 120 minute wait and we were given the wrong items while dining inside. The following two visits we used the drive thru. The first time our order had to be repeated 3 times and we were missing two items when we got home. More than a week later we went through the drive thru and we again were missing 2 items. At $40 a visit and to be missing the larger food items is not acceptable. It is not the customers responsibility to ensure order accuracy. Fortunately Owego has plenty of eateries to choose from.

I had the pleasure of dining at your fine establishment this the evening of monday November 10th. Dare I say this is the finest meal I've had in town. My crew and i ate lunch at Oswego itiallian but they feel a 22 dollar chicken cutlet doesn't deserve to be accompanied by .33 cents of pasta for some odd reason, but I digress... YOU however, taco bell, delivered exactly what I expected when I ordered it, nay, you excelled at the taco model your drivin to craft. My 3 crunchy tacos were perfection. My cinabon bites were delectable, although mildy smashed, but that's to be expected when you hand such a delicate acutramont to an ogre of a human such as myself. I realized on the way out that I had forgotten my drink, and although I decided not to turn around for it, I did hear a "Hey" in the background, I heard you sir so thank you, but I knew the universe was telling me a 32 ounce mangoey blast from the Baja might have been too much. Thank you again taco bell in nichols ny.

Store will fail if they don't get it together. I showed up around 930, and the lobby was locked and it looked like the staff was in the dining room yelling at each other. One polite and professional gentleman came out to let me know that the drive through was open. There was only 2 cars ahead of me but I waited a solid 15 minutes. The guy at the window gave me my drink that he didn't fill all the way(not by much but noticeable) but also didn't give me a straw and closed the window as I asked for a straw. After waiting a while he gave me my food, no napkins, didn't ask if wanted any sauce and closed the window as I was asking for a straw for the second time. He noticed me after a minute and I asked for a straw which he gave without a single word. So overall I waited about 20ish minutes, half of which was with my drink with no straw... then I get home and my order is wrong. I asked for cheesy gordita crunches with steak but still got beef. Definitely got some issues to be addressed.

This was our first time stopping and I have nothing bad to say about this location. We placed mobile orders and while service was slightly slower than you might expect from a more established location, it certainly wasn't excessive, especially compared to restaurants on this same stretch of road with shorter lines and more experienced workers (looking at you, McDonald's). The employees were polite and friendly, all the food came out hot and fresh and everything was correct even though I made modifications to several items, and what more can you really ask for out of a fast food restaurant? To all the people leaving negative reviews purely on the basis of wait times, remember that this location has been open for maybe two weeks, with brand new employees and a town full of people just like you who can't wait to get their hands on a fast food taco as if they've never experienced such a thing before. I drive past this location daily, and have counted as many as thirty cars in the drove thru at one point, with a crowd of patrons inside as well. "I wAiTeD 45 mInUtEs In ThE dRiVe ThRu." Yeah, buddy, you saw a line over twenty people deep and still chose to join it. That's on you. I've worked in food service, as many as you evidently have not, and frankly, if a brand-new location with brand-new employees is managing to clear a line that deep in 45 minutes, they're busting their asses and doing an admirable job. Go in there and show them how to do it faster, if you're so certain it's a failing on the part of the workers. Keep up the good work, guys. Some of us see and appreciate you. Y'all are killing it.
