- DPDana PrattMay 22, 20242.0We did an app order, showed up at the time given for our order to be ready and discovered that the person working did not even start it, he ignored it and ignored people waiting in line while talking and drinking. It took 40 minutes past the time our order should've been ready for it to be made and then it was made by a Mirabito employee, who was very nice and courteous. I believe the worker that was on needs to be replaced by someone who at least pretends to do their job because this young man is doing a disservice to Subway by saying he works for them. The food we did get was quite good and while I might go back to Subway, I don't think I will be back to this one until the service is better.
