  We get Taco Bell quite a bit, I’m not sure why other than the food hits…when you actually get it and it’s right. I would confidentially say, without exaggeration, the order is wrong or items are missing 7 out of 10 times, and I feel I’m being generous. If they would just take the extra few seconds to check orders it would be a 5 star, but consistently messing up has brought me here to a 1 star. We stopped ordering for a while at one point because half the order was missing 3 times in a row.

  Go to Texas Roadhouse it will be faster without order mess ups. 46 minutes from ordering to receiving food at the window for it to be the wrong items

  I would first like to say my that my food was made wrong. I was disappointed.. a girl with braids I didn't get her name she had braids in the back of her hat she had asked me what had happened so I told her I was missing 4 items and 2 was made wrong she apologized and went over to a girl with bluish greenish hair in the back of her hat and told her I literally listened to this lady say it that's not right I made everything its just people trying to get free food. well I apologize I can afford to feed my family. I then waited 15 minutes for my food to be remade the lady in green hair is very rude and not friendly I come here twice a week and wont be back if this lady's there sorry but thats not an environment for my kids. and im assuming shes manager because I over heard another worker asking her if they can go on break and that they need her manager numbers for food. so if she's a manager like that I will be spreading the word around social media and everywhere what ur manager do and how they treat people. so I will be back this weekend and if shes there I will let social media no that no action happens when managers do that. sorry this all happened Friday night around 930

  I was in dining room waited 40 minutes for my order and my sister waited as well a lady came up asked if I needed help I asked about my order she proceeded to ask another lady 2 ladies came up to the counter yelling and screaming telling me to wait or leave I apologize i spent over 100 and my sister aren't over 100 on hers as well we are not leaving. I then asked them there name they said Ace or mace and Katelyn and we are both managers extremely rude.. I then asked the 1st.girl who came up her name and asked if she was a manager because she was very friendly polite and nice. she did say her name was stephanie and she was not a manager she was so sweet and apologized for the manager behavior towards me. I will not being going. back there if discipline is not directed towards these 2 managers screaming and being so rude to me and my sister. there were several customers in the dinning room and everytime I tried to speak I was told to be quiet and wait I will not tolerate this..after an hour I still did not have my food and the same managers who yelled at me denied me a refund. I visit this store 3 times a week spending between 100 to 200 each time. please consider new managers who are polite. I would like to shout out to stephanie for being so friendly and awesome to us.

  Okay , I’m a Taco Bell regular , just my first time at this one . I went in at 9:30 at night .The girl working with the glasses was on top of everything ! I had a large order and she made sure it was correct . Service with a smile ! I wish the Liverpool location had this same approach as
