I expect higher wait times around dinner rush, but some of these wait times are excessive 20+ minutes at the drive thru, and it's not much better dining in either. I cannot blame the staff completely, a big part of it is they're spread thin, which comes down to poor management, either on a corporate or district level.

This time I legit sat in the drive-through for 20 minutes and I watched several cars leave because of how long everybody has been waiting then to get a notification that my order was canceled after waiting How long for it and I still didn’t move I was waiting in the drive-through about seven cars ahead of me and my order canceled if I could give this place a zero review I would because this is every single time and I’m not the only person
