- ABAlicia BelchickDec 5, 20251.0If I could give zero stars for this pharmacy I would they never call when something is wrong with a script to be able to get ahold of the drs to get the script filled this has been several times for my sons meds and other things he needs my son is strictly g tube fed and we rely on pedialyte for hydration after trying to call all day finally got through way after gi is closed to get said prior authorization they said they need back in October they didn’t even call when they didn’t have my sons seizure med I had to call and have it sent somewhere else and same with issues with antibiotic he needed if there is issues at least call so the patients know thanks

I told her I needed the 24 hour version, again. She stared at me blankly. I asked her if she had the 24 hour version and she said no took the 12 hour and turned her back to me. Customer service at its finest.
