  This place is a Joke!!! 1st Street and Utica I understand that places get busy... it was the only Dunkin open however no excuse I never have been to this one and never will again!! Go in to the lobby standing there for 7 min the girl said I'll be with you when I can I'm like ok so I'm waiting, waiting, finally she asks me what I wanted nothing hard 1 latee the other girl goes you can pick it up over there when it's done so I'm standing there grant it the owners of Dunkin should have extra people working instead of 2 as I'm waiting the girl is obviously really upset saying they should have more people working,saying other comments..so almost 30 min go by mind you other lady ordered way ahead of time her order wasn't done, other customers came in the workers didn't even acknowledge them no customer service at all I understand people have bad day but don't take it out on your customers!! I get my drink it was half full this girl would not fill the rest of my drink with whole milk I have never had a problems with Dunkin any where else but this one ya is really ridiculous!! Rude and obviously don't like their job that much!!! Do Better at this Dunkin!! I didn't even want to give a star but had no choice!! Spilled stuff everywhere I don't care how busy you get don't look good to customers walking in and seeing filthy messes where they make the drinks!!

  Drive through time is ridiculously long. I know they are a busy dunkin location but 20-30 minute wait with only 6-7 cars in line is a little ridiculous to me. The workers are super friendly. Drinks are always correct but the wait time makes me avoid this location every time.

  The food is satisfactory, although occasionally overcooked. The service falls short of expectations. Unfortunately, the staff does not consistently demonstrate kindness, but I do try to encourage it. The atmosphere is exceptional, having improved significantly since the resolution of a previous odor issue. The preparation of my beverages is consistently good. Overall, I would recommend visiting, but suggest placing orders to-go and verifying accuracy before leaving, as mistakes are frequent.
