Which I was confused bc other Dunkin’s I’ve been were able to do it. She then told me I would have to pay for it which I told her I would pay for it then she declines and says I would have to talk to my manager?? lol honestly it wasn’t that deep and so unnecessary I tried complaining to Dunkin customer service and she lied saying I didn’t wanna pay for it 😂 an honest joke it was 50 cent trust me I’m not broke for 50 cent… anyways customer service here sucks
