  Went to this location close to 9 PM on a Wednesday. Ordered Mafia Box. Difficulty getting ordered placed and accurate. No special instructions and 2 drinks. Pulled around and only 1 car ahead of me. Took quite some time to fill order ahead of me. This is the normal service for this location unfortunately. I recommend trying to Ridge Road location by Holt Road.

  Was given either very old chicken fingers or they are using very, VERY old oil. The manager stated that these are supposed to be this dark. I have never had dark brown chicken fingers from McDonald’s, everyone else gets them fine. Waste of money and I don’t even think it’ll be edible. Waste offered a remake of the same product but was told “they all look like that it’s supposed to be that dark.” Please, this location needs retraining for this LTO. unacceptable

  The service here when it’s late is absolutely terrible. I get that it’s the closing shift and you guys probably don’t have a lot of people working it but the service is insanely terrible for a simple order that should take 5 minutes took 15 minutes. You know that a decent amount of people are gonna be coming by around closing time and yet you have maybe 2 people working. We watched 2 cars leave the line bc it was taking so long just to get to the 2nd window.

  I know he probably hates this job and clearly having a bad day. Me and my friend went through the drive yesterday 1/14. We had gone through the drive thru and food was ok, it was McDonald's. But OH MY GOD, I get food service sucks but the SIDE EYE and roll, this bigger man who was a ginger btw gave me was CRAZY. absolutely crazy, we had been a little bit away from the window and what not which I understand can be frustrating but if your gonna have an attitude maybe do it when customers arent infront of you. Never in a million years would I do that infront of a customer. Absolutely crazy.
