  This location just gets worse and worse.. last week we ordered 2 grinch meals.. one Big Mac, one 10 piece.. got all the way home and realized they gave us two, 10 pieces.. I tried to call to inform them but nobody answered the phones.. I called about 10 times and every time no answer. I had to drive all the way back so I could get a Big Mac. Then today we go to get breakfast.. we pay for extra onions and sauce and get NEITHER.. yet not only that, they completely forget the egg on the sandwich! Again.. we tried to call, and no answer. This time we just said screw it and didn’t go back. The wait times are ridiculous.. the customer service is awful.. idk who is running this store but something needs to change..

  Absolute terrible service. Waited outside at the curb where I was asked to wait for over a half hour. Food never came. Got back in the drive-thru to tell them since I could not get their attention. Was told to go back to the curb and asked why I did not come inside when I told them I had two small children screaming in the car and could not come inside. They said well I need to keep waiting at the curb. Went back to the curb and food still never came. 15 minutes later was never refunded. Also tried to call the restaurant repeatedly to get a hold of somebody while I was still outside in the car in the parking lot and there was no answer. Was also not very busy just atypical day.

  I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up, but ended up waiting at the counter for almost an hour. When I finally asked about it, the manager told me they had no record of my order. I even showed her the order number, but she was rude and dismissive, and said she couldn’t make it. We ended up leaving and going to a different McDonald’s. Super frustrating experience This is extremely UNACCEPTABLE

  If I could give them less then 1 star I would. Foods cold always, line takes forever overall garbage McDonald's

  Go here occasionally. Didn't have any real issues until i ordered around 10pm for delivery. Around 11 I got nervous and started communicating with the delivery service. Order never changed from "being prepared". A driver drove out there to verify it was never being prepared and it was too late where they wouldn't prepare it. I could have went a dozen places, even drove to the store to get food to make. Because someone didn't want to acknowledge the orders coming in, i missed my chance to order from somewhere else or just go to the store, which may be on me, but isn't a great feel when you tried to communicate and see what was going on, and now are left hungry. For clarity, external orders are typically accepted until 1130pm and the location closes at 12am
