- CMCristal MarieSep 18, 20251.0Drove through the drive through, ordered three sandwiches and they only charged me for two, specifically repeated that we needed 3, then the girl ordered the wrong drink when we asked for a specific drink, needed to repeat things like 4-5 times. All to get my order wrong and my 2 cup full of ice and a drop of juice for $8 . The kids hash brows were completely cold. I called to speak to the manager Tory, wow she’s amazing providing customer service, she did not care to hear my complaint, she did not allow me to speak, she made excuses for everything and then she asked what she could do for the drinks I asked to come back later to get drinks how we did order and she Spazzed out and told me she was not going to give me two free drinks for putting extra ice. I told Her to have a better attitude and provide better customer service because she must of woke up with a horrible attitude. Clearly did not care. It is very hard now a days to find anywhere especially food places with good customer service.
