  Very friendly staff on drive through line. They explained about wait which is reasonable and treated me with extra coffee. It was a nice gesture to experience after 10 hour drive home! Thank you again! I will definitely come back!

  I had some confusion with the on line order. Tori was most helpful and answered all my questions. Even told me if I had any trouble with the order online, to contact her for assistance. The person at the register was helpful as well. Very friendly and polite! They were very quick to get my large order together. Great Dunkin Donuts! Thank you!

  So I will be calling corporate on the manager.She was very rude to me and disrespectful.She could have said it a little nicer saying hey, you might want to wait down there cuz.If you stand here, everybody's gonna see what you want.Maybe the cashier should have told me that in the beginning.But the manager is very rude here.I would not recommend going here.And I will be calling corporate on the manager, but this cashier lady was very nice

  Drove through the drive through, ordered three sandwiches and they only charged me for two, specifically repeated that we needed 3, then the girl ordered the wrong drink when we asked for a specific drink, needed to repeat things like 4-5 times. All to get my order wrong and my 2 cup full of ice and a drop of juice for $8 . The kids hash brows were completely cold. I called to speak to the manager Tory, wow she’s amazing providing customer service, she did not care to hear my complaint, she did not allow me to speak, she made excuses for everything and then she asked what she could do for the drinks I asked to come back later to get drinks how we did order and she Spazzed out and told me she was not going to give me two free drinks for putting extra ice. I told Her to have a better attitude and provide better customer service because she must of woke up with a horrible attitude. Clearly did not care. It is very hard now a days to find anywhere especially food places with good customer service.
