- MCMackenzie CartelliMar 29, 20261.0Horrible experience! First everything i wanted to order was "out of stock". No bagels, no way to make a stacker sandwich, and no chili which i kind of expected because its the end of march so not a big deal. I decided to order a turkey bravo sandwich and Mac and cheese. It was 8:30pm. It was to go. All I hear is the 3 girls that are supposed to be making the food, complaining about how the dining room is full, how drunk girls are coming in with mommy and daddy's money, complaining about making my order, ect. I finally had enough and said I didnt want the food I wanted a refund. Low and behold one of the 3 girls complaining was the shift manager!! Then after I said I wanted a refund the other girl started running her mouth about the Mac and cheese AGAIN. So I flatly told her if she doesnt like her job quit. Theyre open until 9pm, they serve until 9pm. Stop bitching about everything in front of customers. Got my refund and will not go back there again.

Don’t know how clean it is I hadn’t seen anyone cleaning up but my table looked clean. The atmosphere is bland but I didn’t go there to see that anyway. I’m wondering what the tip jar was for?
