- OHOlivia HullNov 11, 20221.0terrible experience. the staff member working was all alone as his help never came into work. i ordered online to pick up at 12:15. i showed up at 12:10 and it was not started and there were two or so people in line ahead. I didn’t mind waiting a few minutes, however he continued to take walk ins while i waited for the sandwich i ordered a head of time. i sat and waited for 40 minutes while walk in orders were filled. i don’t fault the man for it being busy and not having staff, but he should have prioritized online take out orders before new walk ins. not sure i’ll be going back to that subway at again.
