I went in and said hey I placed a mobile order is it wrong to just get it at counter cus drive through was packed. Said hasn’t even came up yet. Went to drivethru my app logged out I said a code that “I think” was the code n I told the people that. They gave me atitude and also said that they didn’t have my order. I placed my order at 6:19 I have proof in screenshots and didn’t get to pick up till 7:20!!!! That wasn’t even the issue really. I said I have proof it came out of my credit card n then all sudden my food turns up instantly. Over n hr wait absolutely a mcterrible time I got no ketchup onions or mustard and all my food was cold.wasted all my evening playing games with lack of intelligence. i go to McDonald’s maybe twice a month n i deal with issues but this was terrible. Alsoo the first number I said was the correct one stamped on the damn drink.the girl gave me atitude when it was the correct number, uncalled for. They can’t even read in there n that’s sad. Too sketchy do not go to oneonta McDonald’s they’re terrible. Unhooking my credit csrd because had I not used my credit card I could have left quickly n gone to Burger King. I stayed cus I didn’t want to do the refund hassle.

If you plan on going there when it's after hours DON'T!! Save your money and go to subway, they at least give you what you pay for and the staff isn't sitting outside smoking while your waiting for your food!
