What was worse, the music system was extremely loud, to the point of being likely to damage hearing (I'm not exaggerating even slightly, it was actually painful), but the person behind the counter said they were not able to turn it down. How about OFF? Five Guys seems to be getting a bit complacent about customer service and the "atmosphere" in their restaurants: I had a similar experience on the same day in another Five Guys in another state!
