I've bought many over the years. They come with free coffee. The cashier was new and she didn't know. She insisted over and over the coffee is half off. I kept explaining that has never been the policy. Meanwhile, the line is growing, other workers are overhearing, not helping. Finally, a worker came out of the kitchen area. He said to her that I was correct. She said, "Oh, I didn't know." She was very rude during the exchange, and was dismissive towards me when after she found out that she was uninformed.

Waited almost 20 minutes and several other people came in behind us and their orders were handed to them within 10 minutes of being there. Though the store is a little older on the inside, the staff is clean, professional and very fast! Way to go ~ hiring people that like people! (unlike the the Chestnut Street)
