    The slowest service out of all Dunkin Donuts, anywhere! Many workers are rude. I recently bought a $17.99 stainless steel drink holder. I've bought many over the years. They come with free coffee. The cashier was new and she didn't know. She insisted over and over the coffee is half off. I kept explaining that has never been the policy. Meanwhile, the line is growing, other workers are overhearing, not helping. Finally, a worker came out of the kitchen area. He said to her that I was correct. She said, "Oh, I didn't know." She was very rude during the exchange, and was dismissive towards me when after she found out that she was uninformed.

    Stopped in at around 6: 45 in the morning. Ordered one energy. Drink a coffee and two sandwiches. Waited almost 20 minutes and several other people came in behind us and their orders were handed to them within 10 minutes of being there. This was my usual spot to stop when me and the wife wanted Dunkin donuts. I do not foresee myself going back.

    I live in the west end of Oneonta, near the Chestnut Street DD - and will drive out of my way to go to THIS, the Main Street location. Though the store is a little older on the inside, the staff is clean, professional and very fast! Way to go ~ hiring people that like people! (unlike the the Chestnut Street)

    Waited 25 minutes for my mobile order that was placed 10 mins in advance just to be told they were out of espresso. Had to leave without getting a refund or anything.
