Then I was asked to move on because a real order was in the car behind me. We said nothing and left. Poor service, poorly trained staff. Won’t be back.

Get told I have to go to the back of line. Then I try to explain i been waiting at the speaker with a line behind me they shut the window on me. Very rude. I come here every day and always nice. Well i guess ill go to one the other 2 dunkins from now on.

Service person refused to give me the order for my passenger until she was able to say that I needed an attitude adjustment. After she couldn't hear and then blamed me for spelling my passengers name out. She then refused to let go of the drink and caused me to spill some before getting it I to my vehicle. My passenger then took a sip and said the drink tasted salty. As if it was tampered with. Poor show. All of this could have been avoided if service person just allowed to us to come to window and speak in person if intercom wasn't working properly. I rarely give any reviews publicly but, no one answers the store phone and their corporate phone number does not accept calls either. I will never go that chestnut location.
