    Customer service genuinely sucks here 😭 Today at around 3:45 whoever was working the drive through was so rude. Like it was unnecessary. Girlie if you see this, I hope you become a happier person because it must be sad to be so miserable all the time. If I’ve learned anything from this experience, my advice is just take the couple extra miles and go to the Dunkin in Vernon.

    I went inside to get 3 basic medium hot coffees as the drive thru line was out to route 5. There were 5 people working. Nobody acknowledged me at the counter so I could place my order, so I had to use the kiosk. The employees were all focused on drive thru / door dash orders. One employee kept coughing while preparing all the beverages. She should have excused herself from service or put a mask on. Service lacks in the establishment.

    Worst service ever, nobody acknowledges you, food is wrong, they argue with customers, takes forever to get an order, someone higher up should come observe this store should be closed
