  Whenever I get food at McDonald's there's always something missing. The best you can hope is they miss the sauce but this last time they forgot 2 sandwiches. I even noticed before leaving but they insisted everything was there. You'd think you can get a refund through the app but you can't. I almost wonder if it's done on purpose.

  Went in to pick up a door dash on 3/29 at 9:50pm. Was not greeted by any employee (3 employees noticed us but never said a word). Got there at 9:50 for a 9:53 pm pick up. Two of the employees looked as though they were on some type of hard drug putting items in bags and taking them out and putting into another (with every order). We waited approximately 15-20 minutes and after 4 people who came after us got their orders we finally asked about our order. One of the employees who looked and acted as though they were on some hard drug came to the register and told us we had to check in with them (were new to this so we didn’t know) and she got as close as she could to the screen and we could hardly understand her because she was slurring her words. She acted as she put the order in but already knew what we needed. 10 mins later I’m assuming the manager came to the same computer and apparently the previous employee didn’t finish out the order. We continued to wait another 10 minutes for our food until I finally asked the employee who brought up another persons order where our food was because it had been 20 minutes since we finally talked to someone she practically ignored us walked to the counter and stared in the back and then says he’s making the sandwich (not even turning to look at us). Mind you we had 5 items nuggets, sandwich, 1 drink, and two mcflurries which we had already watched them put in the bag awhile ago. This was unreal customer service and actions of employees serving people food. I would be embarrassed to have a staff working there in such manner and capacity, not even the manger (who also looked as though she was on something) came to the counter to ask what we were waiting on or if we needed help. Waiting almost 40 minutes for our food is crazy I wouldn’t even give them one star but it’s making me.

  I ordered two happy meals, one with ketchup, only a cheeseburger and an unsweet tea. What I got was two regular cheeseburgers. The third cheeseburger had onion on it, and the bun was hard. The french fries were ice cold, and the tea was sweet when I complained about the cold fries they looked at me like I was stupid took it back and gave me lukewarm fries. I will never stop at that McDonald’s again because it happens quite frequently.

  You advertised the croc toys on the app but we didn't receive them. Instead we get a different toy. I'm very disappointed.I wouldn't have ordered the food had I known you guys weren't giving out the new Croc keychains
