  Okay So- its kind of dirty, like a lot. Food spilled everywhere, service counter, tables, floors. The chicken is dry, but Baby Hands Josh can roll a freaking burrito. He makes a burrito bowl like hes making it for himself. 100% Definitely recommend him if you need anything. Literally, he practically runs the place- he will roll you a burrito, cash you out, go out wipe down tables and run back to stock the food bar. Same reson why service is slow, its a one man band at the counter.

  I ordered the BYO meal today. Along with 2 cokes. Drove an hour home only to find that bith the chicken and the rice and the cokes were missing from the order. Last week, my burrito was missing the guacamole that I paid over $3 extra for and the sour cream. The Chipotle chat bot is useless and no ine answered when I called the store. I am livid. I had nothing but condiments to feed my family. And the guy who handed me the bag even said he checked to make sure everything was there. I looked in the bag and saw 2 large containers on the bottom which I though was the chicken, and rice, but it was just lettuce and cheese. 2/2 ordered missing items, and this one today was costly! Over $80. I want a Full refund. Please be sure to completely check your orders from this store!

  My first and last time of ever going here.. Easy to say you only catered to be college kids. Line chef was. Rude and to the point of disrespect. Went to order and was told I should know better the stuff I wanted had to be ordered on a app then said NEXT .. Got chips and dip the or 9.69 and it wasn't fit to eat.. You will never last

  Ordered online, ordered x1 steak, x1 barbacoa. No barbacoa in bowl. With the amount charged for the meal I expect to get what I pay for. It's one thing to not get exactly what you expect to pay for, but getting absolutely zero is absurd. Outside of that, the other ingredients were scant outside of extra lettuce. Which I always order and usually do not get. If anything I get light lettuce when i order extra. The consistency of this establishment is poor. The food tasted good outside of several chewy bits of steak. But not getting anything of what you pay for is unacceptable. Do better.
