  Haven't been to a worse mcdonalds i bought a single 5$ fan meal which comes with (your choice of a mcchicken or mcdouble, a 4 piece nugget, a small fry and a drink) and i didnt even get my sandwich yk the main part of the meal no common sense in that kitchen.

  This mcdonalds location is extremely sad, I've lived in the local area for years and it seems this location had only got worse over the years, unfriendly staff who huff and puff over the speaker, constant missing items or items made wrong, often extremely long waits especially during diner rush. When I went today to pick up an order in store I was stood waiting in line for food I could see done behind the counter but the workers were too busy talking amongst themselves and making inappropriate comments to serve the line that was forming absolutely ridiculous.

  They messed up OUR payment at the window. And then when we got to the window we tried explaining that and this huge girl yells so loud. “This huge order messed up the payment I don’t know how” giving us dirty looks the whole and then she told us The rest of our payment that we had to make so we gave her our card and she threw a fit because we didn’t have any cash and she yelled once again” they only have card apparently.” Bad customer service. Nasty rude giant woman running the window. Disgusting service and I won’t be back. We asked for a water and they gave us a cup with a giant crack in it. Leaked everywhere in our truck. Do better
