It's a great store that tries hard. They can be a bit close minded but over all there better than any others.

Im not one to ever leave comments or reviews, but I feel the need to leave one here. I pick up prescriptions weekly for myself and elderly mother, and every single time (I’m not exaggerating one iota when I say every time) there is a problem due with either miscommunication between the staff and pharmacists, or just plain out not caring or listening to the customers. Along with the medications either not being there, or not being filled, the staff in the pharmacy has got to be the most miserable, and rude staff, I’ve ever dealt with in any workplace! (I’m 52 years old) (Again not exaggerating) to be fair I wouldn’t say it’s all of them, but it’s definitely 3 or 4 specifically that act like it’s putting them out to do their jobs. Not only that the same ones also yell out what prescriptions others are waiting for and I do believe that violates HIPAA laws. I was waiting for my prescription just two weeks ago and I heard the staff member named Pam yelling at an old man saying he couldn’t get his levothyroxine right then and to come back later. He asked what time and she said I don’t know give us a few hours. He said to her he had been waiting for an hour and they could’ve just told him prior to waiting. He also said he lived 20 mins away and doesn’t drive at night. She said “Well, I don’t know what to tell ya”! Other customers started grumbling about how awful that pharmacy is run. I would go to any other pharmacy but none have drive thru in Ogdensburg. When I tell people out in the public about the dysfunction there someone always speaks up with a nightmare story about their experience. It’s got to change or something needs to be addressed. Employees are just flat out mean to everyone. It’s too bad because it doesn’t take a lot of energy to be kind to others. Especially elderly people. Sorry for the long rant but I felt someone needs to hear it so maybe it can be addressed sooner than later. I know I’m about to switch pharmacies idc if I have to walk into Walmart I just can’t deal with those people any longer. Thanks for your attention… Jon S.
