I paid full price for a bowl and was literally given almost no food — what’s the point of ordering if the bowl is basically empty? On top of that, the staff had terrible attitudes and acted like my order was an inconvenience to them, even though the mistake was entirely on their end. It’s ridiculous to charge premium fast-casual prices and then serve nothing while being rude about it. Chipotle used to be about value and service, but this location clearly doesn’t care about either. I won’t be coming back.

I do not recommend this location. I would go to valley stream they are a lot nicer and not nasty when u have a concern.

New manger janiyah was the best came and checked on my family not only that, restaurant was clean and this is surprising this restaurant has been the worst for years i live down the street so i come here often ! love the change in atmosphere cant wait to come back !!
