  Ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a croissant with ketchup and pepper with a side of hash-browns. Gave me bacon egg and cheese on a bagel with no condiments or hash browns. Still ate it tho but I wanted too long

  It's been 5+ years post-pandemic, and there's only one chair and one table for customers to use in store?? Whoever made this decision needs to be fired immediately. Not to mention there's no bathroom unlike the northern-220 location.

  I hate this place so much. Aunty Jee is never serious always talking talking talking. I did a mobile order like ten mins before I walked in and they gave it like 15 minutes after I asked for it in the store. They talk so much and they don’t know the order they gave my Hindu friend bacon in her croissant with toasted egg and cheese. My drink is always looking funky I’m actually never going here again. Dunkin Donuts are always run a little wonky but this one is just extra wonky.

  Same thing every visit, 10 minute wait for online orders already placed, wait 10 minutes in line for coffee, so much for on the go.

  I honestly don't expect much from these places, but this is the worst one I've ever experienced. They decided to get rid of all the seats and tables, which tells customers that they are not welcome. The attitude is expected, but this lady takes it to another level. And when you serve me freezer burnt ice cream, that's where I draw the line. This is the perfect location for any business, and if you can't make it work here there is a serious problem. Until there is new management, I will never return.
