I did a mobile order like ten mins before I walked in and they gave it like 15 minutes after I asked for it in the store. They talk so much and they don’t know the order they gave my Hindu friend bacon in her croissant with toasted egg and cheese. My drink is always looking funky I’m actually never going here again. Dunkin Donuts are always run a little wonky but this one is just extra wonky.

They decided to get rid of all the seats and tables, which tells customers that they are not welcome. The attitude is expected, but this lady takes it to another level. And when you serve me freezer burnt ice cream, that's where I draw the line. This is the perfect location for any business, and if you can't make it work here there is a serious problem. Until there is new management, I will never return.
