  I’m not sure why this place is getting so many bad reviews. I’ve been here several times since I work nearby, and I’ve never had a bad experience. The staff are nice and friendly. I ordered the $6.99 meal deal today—no issues at all, as usual. It comes with a 6" sandwich, a fountain drink, and two cookies. I think that’s pretty cheap compared to other fast food restaurants… and on top of that, it’s much healthier.

  I enter Subway the clerk was making an order for online. I waiting for the clerk to finish making an order online. I greeted him nicely properly and with respect once he finish Making a sandwich , another customer is coming in the door. Mind you I've been standing there waiting for The clerk to acknowledge me and say Hello, and he goes to approach the next customer like if I wasn't even standing there, that was rude and disrespectful I will never go back there ever to spend my money

  The staff doesn't add more than a few limited veggies and only 2 sauces at max. He keeps mentioning that the app is different and it doesn't work for store order so he wouldn't follow your instructions if you ordered through the app.

  Worker was extremely rude it was unreal. First he refuses to make my order right away bc it’s an app order. Fine I’m patient. Then doesn’t change his gloves and I kindly ask him to change it and he tells me “sit down”. I respond no, I want to see how ur making my food. He goes on to be rude and disrespectful with his words and telling me to sit down. I tell him to put sauce on it and he goes I’m not putting it on after some back n forth he pours hot sauce all over my sandwich. I have never EVER experienced anything this bad in customer service. Fire this guy he might be single handedly destroying the brand. 3:10AM Feb 28.
