- PGPaulette Galindo4 days ago1.0My God, the customer service here is terrible! I wouldn't recommend eating here at all. They serve you whatever portions they want, and if you ask for more sauce, for example, they get annoyed and throw your food away. What a disappointment! They really need to train their staff in customer service.

Well, except some guy looks like a homeless seating there). Didn't ask anything, very bord like made my sandwich waiting for me to say what I want (all). No help, no offers, just blank stare. The meatballs were terrible.

When I walked in I caught the guy dropping the bread he was going to use for my sandwich on the floor. When he noticed that I noticed he switched the bread and put the one he dropped back in the rack. When confronted about it he seemed to lose his voice. Absolutely disgusting. This happened at 1:30pm 3/29/26 if management wants to review the cameras.
