- OFOdin FuhrmanDec 29, 20251.0This place needs one or both of the following because my experience was terrible. I am comparing it to the other D&Ds I go to on a regular. Either the machines are broken need calibration or faulty. The other option is to retain the staff. We got the same latte we always get and mine you it was a mobile order so it was all on writing for them. It was missing vanilla shots, no sugar. The egg bites were cold. The loaded hash browns were not done correctly. We were given one spoon and no forks. No napkins. No apology or explanation. One more thing the donut was stale. Definitely left over from the night before. Hopefully a supervisor or district manager sees this and takes action. Respond to this and I will visit again and change the review.
