I always go through the drive through and the last like 5 times i have gone here the service has been SO slow. I just came back from dunkin today and i kept looking at the clock and it genuinely took half an hour from the time i got to the ordering speaker thing until i left with my order. On top of that, the food has been so mediocre. The everything bagels used to be my go to but every time i have ordered them recently they are either doughy or stale, but always gross, so i have been ordering the everything stuffed bagel minis instead (these are still good). LASTLY, the people speaking at the drive through have the worst attitude ever and it is not what you want to hear after you have already been waiting in line for forever. Last summer there was a young person that would always be on the speaker and they were super sweet and friendly but idk what happened to them (plz come back and save the dunkin😭)
- SBscott braunDec 24, 20251.0So it’s Christmas Eve and I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts location simply to order a mocha latte. 2:30 in the afternoon and there’s only two employees which I understand nearing the holiday. The tall girl was working very hard. The other girl shorter had the nastiest attitude And dumped that on me at the Register. Note that I come in here often and the people are usually very nice, this employee I have never seen before, but something really needs to be done about her as my family and I made a pact to never come back to the Duncan location again, just because of one bad employee.

This time I had to just leave because I wasn't going to wait that long for something so simple. Guess I'm making tea at home from now on.
