The manager of this place needs to take a close look at that employee and change her nasty little attitude. I drove away because I knew that the coffee was going to come out nasty and I would have wasted my money because I interrupted her closing.

I spoke up and said I have been waiting about 5 minutes and the girl gave me attitude and said drive thru comes first. She was extremely rude and told me that I didn’t know what real customer service was and then said you can wait even longer now because I got upset because I was be ignored. There only saving grace this morning was the gentleman making sandwiches. He was kind and sweet and came up to do our order because she was to good and nasty to care that all customers are important. I live 2 minute drive from that store and I won’t be going back for a while. This is not my first time having to wait extra time because I came in. This even happens when I do online. There was 3 workers in the store at this time.
