- BYBrittany Yolacan3 days ago1.0I downloaded the dunkin moble app for the first time today. I made a online order for 12 donuts and 2 med cocoas. They take the money from my card. I drive down there to pick them up the lady said there were no donuts and i said well i want my money back and she refused and started cursing at me in front of my 10 year old daughter and my daughters friend. Kids were really worked up and I still didn't get my money back! Mirabito Gas Station, 4839 NY-23, Norwich, NY 13815. Young 20's dirty blondish brown hair and VERY pregnant! I asked her name she said none of my business no one in the store wears a name tag. Very unpleasant experience which is a shame because I go there everyday with the kids. Such a shame. Supervisor should definitely be there on weekends.
