  Tried their hot honey chicken sandwich. I’m not sure what brand of hot honey they were using, but it was unlike any hot honey dish I’ve ordered at another restaurant or made at home before. While it was indeed hot, it had a nasty flavor that I can’t even describe. Whatever was in it doesn’t mix well with honey. Total waste of money.

  Very disappointing experience. The manager claims to have no system to properly handle mistakes or issue refunds when orders are incorrect. Instead of resolving problems internally, they tell customers to dispute charges through their credit card companies. The app and management repeatedly mess up orders and then refuse to make things right. Terrible customer service all around.

  They give you a paper straw when you order 7 dollar medium shake. Just horrible trying to drink a shake with a paper straw. Straw failed within minutes.
