Another person walks up to collect doordash and an employee finally asks what I need, only to walk away after I say I'm putting in an order. Get another employees attention just for the first person to tell her to take care of something else instead. You ask what I need, I tell you to put in my order, you walk away and don't do anything? Is the policy here to NOT SERVE THE CUSTOMER? If this person is behind the counter, even directly saying you're putting in an order won't get you any service.

Frozen Fantas are NEVER available. But the last straw was tonight when we ordered through UberEats. The ENTIRE first part of our order was missing. I called UberEats and the driver said she delivered what McDonald's gave her, which means that they only gave her half of our order. We are all sick, which is the whole reason that we used this delivery service, but my husband had to get in the car and drive over there anyway to rectify the missing food so that my entire family could eat (and not only some of us.) He came home with everything except for a missing blue Fanta because... no surprise... the machine was down. I tried to call McDonald's and tell them, hey, maybe you could, you know, make sure all items are present, but their phone doesn't even connect. I tried 3 times to call and when it finally did ring, it rang three times and disconnected. But honestly, no one would care even if I did get through, so I guess nothing matters and this whole review is pointless.
