  They just failed their health department inspection - it was in the paper. You couldn't pay me to eat here again. My last visit I wound up waiting I. The driver-thru for 39 mins and there was no way to leave. This place just needs to close.

  Ordered 1/4 lb hotdog. Got the mummy finger 9000. Burnt, dehydrated. Looks like its been under a hotdog roller for the past 3 years. Been ringing their phone 25 mins now, no answer. This is unacceptable food handling. I ordered food, not antique mummy fingers. Can you just close this location already? You obviously gave up on the food already.

  I ordered 3 milkshakes. All three were medium, all with different amounts of whipped cream. One was filled the rim, another half the amount and the last barely had any on it. I ordered a peanut butter one and received an oreo. I cant even drink it. I need a spoon for a milkshake? Not impressed. I could have gotten better milk shakes next foor at McDonald's. The order teller didnt review my order after I gave it to him. He almost spilt all three shakes bringing them to the window. Its not even busy. There was like 2 cars in the parking lot. We had to wait for the teller to take our order and much longer for them to be made. Apparently customer service is a thing of the past. Wheres politeness, actually talking to the customer. Not just ok pull up the window. No price, no reviewing the order before going to the window. Atleast they dont mumble when i order at mcdonalds. Will not be coming back. Such a shame when McDonald's and gas stations make better milkshakes. I couldn't even eat half of it and threw it out. Such a waste of money at what used to be a good establishment. This is the first time I drank a whole bottle of water just to get through what I did. Luckily no money was wasted here on food. All three of us were not impressed with the milkshakes.

  I had a really great experience with this Sonic location and wanted to give them the credit they deserve. We accidentally received the wrong order (got cheese fries instead of loaded tots), and by the time we realized, we were already next door at McDonald’s getting food for my son. I called the store, and they were immediately kind and helpful, telling me to come right over and they’d fix it. What really stood out was what happened next instead of making me come back in, one of their employees actually walked our correct order over to us in the pouring rain. That level of effort and care is something you just don’t see often anymore. Huge thank you to Aiden (manager), Jace, and Nair for going above and beyond to make it right. Their customer service was genuinely impressive, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. This is the kind of service that keeps people coming back.
