  You guys, they really served this quality of food and thought it was acceptable. Placed an order through door dash after working a 16 hour shift and really wasn’t trying to go out in 10 degree weather with wet hair after I showered. So after this poor quality of food arrived and I was extremely upset about it, when I drove there to get proper food I paid for, I was met with rudeness and disrespect from the manager (regretfully never got her name). I insisted she took the food back to show her cook how NOT to serve food. She refused to take the order back through the window. She cut me off every time I would try to talk to tell her how I would like my situation to be remedied. Just told me how she was going to handle the situation. My boyfriend went inside to give them the food. At this time when he was trying to show them quality of food, I was told to leave by another employee because he broke apart a nugget and dropped it back down in the box it came in and said he “threw it”. Even if he did throw it, let’s be real, can’t say y’all didn’t deserve it. Disrespecting me first and foremost and STEALING my money is WRONG. Never got my food. Never got my money back. I was just told to leave. This is the worst customer service I’ve dealt with by far. I don’t understand why you’re working with people if you’re so miserable towards people right off the bat who PAID for food and all I wanted was just an apology, some empathy and fresh nuggets. I left with nothing but a nasty attitude from the staff. AWFUL!

  I usually don’t have any complaints but today was absolutely horrible service my tacos was ice cold made sloppy shells broke. And the lady didn’t even give me sauce. Feel like I wasted my lunch break. Nothing worse than wasting money on food expecting it to be good!

  Waited 50 minutes inside as I watched 10 cars come out of the drive thru. I understand these fast food places want to finally just be take out. No need for seats, lights, services, smaller footprint. But come on man, almost an hour for “fast” food. Never go here again.
