If I could leave less than one star I would. To say this pharmacy is disorganized is an understatement. The lack of knowledge and willingness to help customers is appalling. This will be the next chain to go out of business. Take your prescriptions to Wegmans. Support local.

I was recommended to switch to Kinney’s due to my pharmacy closing, unfortunately I have no choice to but to use the delivery service they offer.(I’m very appreciative) i do have to say the male pharmacist is very nice. Every time I call to check up on my prescription the females act like im an inconvenience to look up my prescription or to ask questions. The customer service isn’t great either. Coming from a pharmacy I dealt with for over 30 years I thought switching would have been a better experience it wasn’t!

The service there has gone downhill. I pulled up to the drive-thru and waited for over 5 min at the window before I just left. At the very least they can acknowledge me and I would be more inclined to be patient. I also has an incident where they were unable to fill a prescription that had been sent in the week prior. That was on a Sunday and finally two days later they assisted me after being pressed to locate the medication at another Kinney's which they should have done in the first place. I have always been more inclined to write positive reviews than negative. I don't like complaining just to complain so I hope maybe this review will help them effect some positive change in the way they operate.
