- IBIan BlakeyFeb 19, 20262.0I come through the drive through on an almost daily basis and they usually do amazing. This morning I ordered a hot drink and it came out cold as ice. I tried to call to make sure they were aware that there could be an issue with their machine again and the phone rang for almost two minutes with no answer.
- EEEggozFeb 8, 20261.0I understand that the iced protein LATTE is new, but the past 2 times I’ve went through, there’s been no espresso in my drink. It’s just milk and flavoring. Staff needs to be retrained on how to make these. After asking the second time it happened if there was espresso in it, the employee acted annoyed. I’m not one to complain but when I’m paying $7 for a drink, I’d like it to be made right.

The second time was worse I asked at the window AGAIN if there was no meat and they said no the tickets both times were done correctly but made incorrectly. So I wanted to give them a THIRD chance and they lied and said they don’t make that menu item, but somehow EVERY OTHER Dunkin has it. I know it’s not the best job but seriously I have never seen total inability to do something SO EASY. Disappointing seriously
