  The sourdough breakfast sandwich had 3 little pcs. of Bacon. When unwrapped it I couldn't see any so I ck'd. After searching the sandwich I came across the aforementioned bacon.

  Dunkin’ is one of those places I keep ending up at, not by choice, but by popular demand from the kids. It’s a well-oiled, highly efficient machine that delivers exactly what it promises—just not anything I personally get excited about. I’m not a coffee person, and the food isn’t exactly winning me over either, but to be fair, that’s kind of beside the point. If you like your routine, your drinks consistent, and your kids happy, this Dunkin’ gets the job done. The employees are very nice, the service is fast, and honestly, that’s more than enough for me.

  I tried a different menu item. It was called toxic espresso? Or something like that. Turns out it is a latte with milk and they add chocolate and raspberry. I don't do milk, and as much as I like chocolate and raspberry together.I apparently I do not love this raspberry and when I took a sip.I realized the milk and how much I do not like your combination. I let them know, and they were very accommodating and understanding, and they were able to fix me a drink that I would be able to drink. I know that this original drink probably costs more than the one that I replaced it with. But I honestly don't care, because I would rather be able to drink what I like. And be appreciative that I tried something new and didn't like it.And that they were nice enough to replace it with something that I would drink without giving me a hard time. Although I do have to say that the girl at the window, the one that took my order initially seemed pleasant. I'm about when I let her know that I did not like the drink. As she had a change of almost well, just different. It feels like the gentleman there that made the actual change brought it out to me and had me tasted to make sure that everything was what I liked before he went back inside.It was, and I thanked him. Overall, the experience was very nice. And I love this particular dunkin, and come here often. The donuts were also great.

  I have visited numerous Dunkin's locations in New York and beyond, but none rival this particular establishment. The staff here excel in their roles, often delivering exceptional service despite operating with limited personnel, typically two team members, during peak morning hours. It's particularly refreshing to experience warm hospitality in the morning, as opposed to encountering gruff service. The morning crew's familiarity with my order is a testament to their dedication to customer satisfaction, rendering it unnecessary for me to place my order. I commend their outstanding service and believe they deserve recognition and support from the company.

  10/10 Location. The two guys working here when I went were putting in work. Not only that, they were attentive and informed me immediately that they were unable to manually check me out and I would have to go through the kiosk or drive thru. We had an issue with one of our gift cards, and he helped us out with it and rang us up through the drive thru. All while managing orders through there as well. These two guys honestly deserve a raise for how well they were handling the orders and issues.
