Its usually the same lady thats rude cutting me off before i finish ordering and is always rushing. I stopped going for a while and decided to try again due to convenience but AGAIN my drink was not made right and tasted gross. And the store number doesn’t work.

- AOAnnie OJan 12, 20261.0I come to this location on my way to work...4 days in a row my coffee was bland...you ask for flavors they just give milk..ok had my order fixed..today order a SIMPLE $5 meal...1 wrap 1 order of hash browns and a medium coffee...simple...lady charges me for 2 wraps and I repeated the order she did not...I said you are charging me for 2 she goes no i am not...the meal comes out to 8.69....not the issue...u didnt listen to me...gives me the wrong order im like ok...tell her you over charged she goes no i didn't...had to go inside and get a refund...honestly LISTEN to your customers and REPEAT the orders...as a former Dunkin manager I used to enforce that on everyone so issues LIKE this never happened. This location literally messes up your orders daily- why its even here is no clue.
